Department: Nursing

I am humbly requesting your consideration to serve as a CHS representative on TeP. I have spent two years on the Department of Nursing Evaluation Committee mentoring faculty as they pursue tenure and promotion. I have been involved in the peer observation and performance review process for many temporary, tenure-track, and tenured faculty. I hope to be elected to TeP to learn even more about the evaluation process so I can further support other faculty. I appreciate your consideration for this important position.
