Jacqueline Hodes

Department: Educational Leadership and HE Admin

I would be honored to serve on the Tenure and Promotion Committee as a representative from the College of Education and Social Work. For the past four years, I served on the Promotion and Tenure Workshop (PTW) committee as a CESW representative. In my role on PTW, I assisted tenure-track and tenured faculty as they prepared their materials for tenure and/or promotion. Through my own tenure and promotion process and in supporting others in their processes, I have a keen understanding and appreciation of the importance of this experience. My goal in serving on this committee is to assist colleagues in recognizing and celebrating their contributions to student success, to their research and discipline, and to WCU.

I welcome this important work as part of my service commitment and hope that you will consider supporting my service on this prestigious committee. Thank you!
