Brenda Gaydosh

Department: History

Having has a fried who served on the TeP committee, I understand that this position requires many hours of work in a short period of time. I am willing to undertake this work. In addition, I want to learn more about every aspect of committee work at WCU. In my first career as an actuarial analyst, our company president told us that he understood all of the workings of the company because he had worked in a variety of different departments in the company. I would like to be a member of the TeP committee so that I can learn about the work of other departments and what the expectations are regarding various types of scholars. Given my background (undergraduate degree in Mathematics and teacher of decision making), I can offer the committee thoughtful opinions. I have worked on disciplinary committees where we listened to each other's points of view and came together with a final decision proposal. I am prepared to be a member of TeP.

Ola Kopacz

Department: Communication Studies

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies. I have served on a variety of University and college-level committees, including CELT, Faculty Senate, and grant-awarding committees. During my years as a tenure-track faculty, I was fortunate to receive ample guidance and supervision through our Department evaluation process, as well as mentoring from University colleagues. I have also evaluated tenure-track and 11G faculty within my Department. I would cherish the opportunity to use my knowledge and experience while serving on TEP.

Anne Krulikowski

Department: History

Currently an Associate Professor of American/Public History in the History Department, I joined WCU as a full-time adjunct, so this is my fifteenth year on campus. In addition to serving as Chair of the History Elections Committee, I am also on the department's Scholarship Committee and enjoy helping our students pursue internships, study abroad, and other opportunities. After finishing a colleague's Faculty Senate term, I am currently serving my own, also participating in the Research Committee. I would like an opportunity to contribute in a way that supports the faculty here. I would take these responsibilities, which so impact our careers (and our students) very seriously.

Victoria Tischio

Department: English

I would like to run for another term on TeP as a representative from Arts and Humanities. I am one of two members of the committee seeking reelection for another term. I believe my experience on the committee for another term is important to ensure continuity, as we have many new members on the recently expanded and reorganized TeP committee. I strongly believe in the mission of TeP, which is to provide faculty input into the most important decisions effecting faculty careers on our campus. Over the last few years, my respect for the accomplishments of my colleagues across the campus has only increased. I feel honored to be a faculty member at an institution with such dedicated and hard working faculty. I would like to continue supporting our faculty's hard work and success by serving on TeP for another term. Thank you for your consideration.
