Department: Economics and Finance

Thank you for considering my nomination for the Tenure and Promotion Committee College of Business and Public Management Representative. I am excited to have the opportunity to contribute my time and experience to this committee, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the evaluation and review process.

Through my experience as a member of the CAPC and APSCUF department representative, I have come to appreciate the valuable insights and diverse perspectives that are brought to the table by collaborating with faculty from different fields of study. Moreover, having personally been through the TeP process twice over the past four years, I have a deep appreciation for the support and effort that my colleagues have invested in ensuring that the promotion process is conducted fairly and equitably. As a member of the Tenure and Promotion Committee, I will strive to uphold these standards and support my colleagues throughout the process.

I look forward to making meaningful contributions to our academic community and to giving back to my colleagues through my service on this committee. Once again, thank you for your consideration.
