Department: Mathematics

I would like to continue to serve WCU as a representative to the state assembly of APSCUF. Having served at the state level for the past 6 years, I offer our delegation experience and historical perspective. I continue to appreciate the support you have shown me in the past and would ask for it once again to serve in this significant role in the faculty union.

Department: Criminal Justice

I am in my third year as a faculty member in the Criminal Justice Department. Since I began my career here at West Chester University, I have been active in different organizations that represent the interests of faculty, staff, and students. I am serving my third year as our APSCUF Departmental Delegate and I regularly attend the Local Delegate Assemblies. In addition, I am member of other University committees such as the New Faculty Orientation Committee, the Library Advisory Committee, the Student Leadership Project Team, the Judicial Board, and the LGBTQA Ally Program. During my graduate education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2003-2009), I worked side-by-side with members of APSCUF on numerous committees, which has given me a good working relationship with members of APSCUF there as well as at other PASSHE institutions. Based on my experience as a junior faculty member at WCU and a graduate student leader at IUP, I would like the opportunity to serve West Chester’s faculty on the State level as an APSCUF State Delegate. I thank you in advance for your consideration.
