Department: Interdisciplinary & Academic Success Prg

Dear colleagues, I ask for your support to serve a second term as the PASSHE Faculty Council WCU Representative. During my first term, I created a feedback loop with WCU shared governance groups to solicit input on PASSHE-level policies and practices. I have worked within the Faculty Council to create by-laws that are intentionally inclusive of the needs of our colleagues at the consolidated Universities. Over the past year, I have served as the Vice-Chair and am currently working with the Chancellor's Office and colleagues across the state to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into the General Education policy.

I am really enjoying this opportunity to serve as your Faculty Council representative providing the faculty perspective through this shared governance body as we navigate the future of our state system during these interesting times. Thank you for your support! Be well.
