As a successful researcher with several federal grants for scholarships in addition to university and state grants, I am enthusiastic about continuing WCU's continuing recognition of faculty scholars. I also want to encourage students to take part in research opportunities. I believe that the Research Consortium both recognizes excellence in the Teacher/Scholar Model and gives students an opportunity to be supported in their endeavors. As a Research Consortium Vice-President,I pledge my full support to the Consortium President and will work to promote recognition within CVPA, the university, PASSHE and community of all scholarship successfully completed or in the process of completion at our university at the undergraduate, graduate and faculty levels.
