Rules for the Election

    • This election will be decided by a plurality.
    • Nominations have been collected and forwarded by the Dean of CAS. No other nominations will be accepted.
    • The Faculty Associate Job Description is as follows:
      The Associates will be given Alternative Work Assignments (3 credits/semester starting Spring 06) for the following responsibilities:
      • Meet biweekly with dean
      • Meet biweekly with each other
      • Facilitate meeting with chairs, coordinators and faculty of professional education programs two times per semester
      • Identify issues that require collaboration, develop proposals to proactively address them (e.g. scheduling times for EDA/EDR 341)
      • Develop process(es) for communication and cross-communication to address issues raised in Visioning Conference
