Erin Hill

Department: Psychology

I am an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department and have served on Faculty Senate since 2014. For the past three years, I have served on the Faculty Senate Executive Committee as an at-large member. I have also worked with the Senate Research Committee in examining issues impacting research/scholarship/creative activities among faculty and students—and in turn, advocating for research support at WCU. I believe strongly in the value of shared governance in higher education and I am very much interested in staying involved in Senate discussions surrounding the issues impacting WCU’s campus climate, faculty, and students. I make an effort to stay informed about issues affecting higher education and how they might impact WCU. I am committed to working diligently to represent faculty interests related to the above issues and regarding other topics of importance. I would appreciate your vote—thank you for your consideration! --Erin
