Department: Nursing

Colleagues - As part of my promotion process to Professor of Nursing, I completed my first sabbatical. It was an incredibly positive experience and one that I have discussed with many peers. As a professional with a clinical focus, I believe that I can bring another perspective to the SaLe Committee and would be honored to represent the College of Health Sciences.

Department: Sports Medicine

As a member of the Department of Sports Medicine I have been a College of Health Sciences representative on the sabbatical and leave committee since 2012. Throughout my two terms I have been honored to read the applications put forth from our accomplished faculty. Reviewing the creative ideas and scholarly endeavors presented in the applications motivates me each year and allows me to be an informed ambassador for our faculty and institution. Last year I served as co-chair of this committee and hope to continue in this role for another term. I would be privileged to resume my support in this valuable process.
