Rules for the Election

    • This information is being collected at the request of state APSCUF.
    • Local APSCUF is using the local elections software to collect this information in and effort to ensure the confidentiality of any submitted information.
    • ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO THIS REFERENDUM BALLOT IS CONFIDENTIAL AND SECURE, AND WILL NOT ASSOCIATE YOUR SELECTION WITH YOUR NAME OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION.
    • You will be permitted to complete the referendum only once.
    • A Domestic Partner is defined on page 2 of the CBA and includes that a partner must be unmarried, of the same gender, jointly responsible for the common welfare and financial obligations of the partnership, maintain residence with the the other member of the partnership, and are not a member of another domestic partnership.
