Department: Public Health Sciences

Thank you for taking the time to read this statement. I have served on the Promotion and Tenure Workshop Committee as a College of Health Sciences Representative since 2022. I have enjoyed organizing and participating the faculty workshops in May and October. My goal is to demystify and whole process in order to lower anxiety and make the tenure process transparent. John Taylor


Department: Nursing

I am honored to have served the WCU campus as a faculty member in the Nursing Department for 10 years. My most recent University-level service have included a two-year elected term to the Tenure & Promotion (TeP) committee and a three-year elected at-large CAPC seat where I presently serve as Chair of the Writing Emphasis sub-committee. I believe my recent service on TeP has provided me with necessary knowledge to helpful as a member of the PTW committee. Thank you for your consideration!
