Dawn Patterson

Department: Special Education

Please consider my ballot for the CESW PTW Committee. I am invested in supporting faculty across the university to progress through each phase of the tenure and promotion process. I have served as committee chair and committee member for faculty in various departments. As an Associate Professor, I understand the level of support, guidance, and objectivity faculty may need for this important time in their career. As I was going through the process I attended several sessions and found them and the committee members especially helpful. Coaching people to present their best self has had positive results. In my college and university leadership roles, I pride myself in being present.

Your vote would give me the opportunity to assist so many others across the university. Thank you for your consideration.
