Department: Counselor Education

I would appreciate your consideration to allow me to continue to be the CESW representative for the Promotion and Tenure Workshop Committee. Having served on PTW and an ad-hoc committee for PTW for the past 3 years has allowed me to better understand the questions and concerns of those entering the tenure and promotion process. I look forward to doing what I can to help and support those in the tenure and promotion process regarding understanding and using the OnBase system. This process can both increase excitement and anxiety, and I would like to share in your excitement, and help to decrease any anxiety!

Department: Early and Middle Grades Education

Working through Tenure and Promotion has been a challenging experience, but in a good way. The experience made me reflect on my professional growth and contributions to the WCU community. As I continue to grow, I want to offer support to those faculty going through the process. I hope to serve on the Promotion and Tenure Workshop Committee to help support and mentor colleagues.
