Department: Special Education

I've had the opportunity to be part of the Adjunct Mentoring Program at WCU and am currently a mentee in the Faculty Mentoring Program. A strong support system for newly hired part-time and full-time faculty is essential in ensuring faculty success, retention, and most importantly, enhancing our students' experiences. I'm driven to continue to improve the mentoring opportunities on campus for all faculty members.
