Department: Literacy I respectfully request your support for retaining my seat on the Faculty Mentoring Committee. I have been a part of this committee for the past five years and I have seen our scope and our effectiveness grow each year. I would like to continue my work with this committee in supporting adjunct faculty, new faculty, faculty striving for tenure and promotion, and faculty striving for full professorship. I believe mentoring is one of the keys to a successful experience at WCU!
