Department: English Hello! I would love to continue to serve WCU on the Faculty Mentoring Committee. I've served on the FMC since 2017, during which time I helped form the Adjunct Support sub-committee, I served on the first FMC Assessment sub-committee, and I've been serving as a Co-Chair of the FMC since AY '22-23. I co-authored the Faculty Mentoring Program handbook last summer, and I'm currently working with others to organize a celebration of Faculty Support at WCU--15 years for the FMP and 1st year for PETAL! (Come celebrate with us on May 3!) Effective faculty support is essential for a strong university. Please vote for me so I can continue to contribute to that effort. Thank you!
