Hello, colleagues! I would like to represent the CAH on the FMC because I know the value of mentoring in the success of those involved--both mentors and mentees. I attended the UNM Mentoring Institute conference a couple of years ago, and I'm doing research related to the WRT 123 peer mentoring now. I was asked to join the FMC in 2018 as an ad hoc member because of my work with adjunct faculty mentoring, and I've worked hard on the FMC adjunct subcommittee which has, since then, offered two workshops a year to support our adjunct colleagues, a group close to my heart since I started here as an adjunct. With your vote, I hope to continue and expand on this good work. Thank you!
