Kevin Flynn


Department: Accounting

Assisting new faculty members interests me. As an experienced faculty member, I think we have a vested interest in assisting new faculty as they navigate through their new duties, responsibilities, and challenges. In order to give new faculty every opportunity to succeed, I think it is important to have strong orientation and mentoring programs. Starting immediately, I will be serving on the New Faculty Orientation Committee. In addition, I would like to complete the process by serving on the Faculty Mentoring Committee.
