Department: ART

It is important to be familiar with policies pertaining to Tenure and Promotion to ensure equity among candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity or other diverse categories. I have been on the faculty of the Art Department for ten years and wish to contribute to this important committee as I am fully cognizant of the importance of maintaining and improving standards of service, teaching and professional development within one's department, college, and unviersity as well as to the community.
