Vipanchi Mishra

Department: Psychology

Dear Colleagues, I ask for your support in serving as the CSM Representative on the Committee for Excellence in Learning and Teaching. In the past three years I have served on the Psychology Department outcomes assessment committee and have recently been involved in the assessment of the Faculty Mentoring program offered at WCU. I would like to serve on this committee to help provide professional development support to faculty and find resources to support teaching & learning in the campus community.

Jacqueline Zalewski

Department: Anthropology and Sociology

I am passionate about teaching and learning and would like the opportunity to serve on this important University committee. From 2009 to 2012 I was a member and then co-chair of Pedagogy for Engagement Committee (PEC), the predecessor of Committee for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT). During my term on PEC, I helped organize the annual Summer Series and co-facilitated the grant program for faculty pedagogy projects. If elected to CELT I will work with other committee members to support the creativity of teaching, pedagogy, and learning at WCU. I appreciate your vote of support. Jackie Zalewski
