Michael Holik

Department: Nutrition

I am a junior faculty member who has served on CAPC for three years. Before officially being nominated to serve on CAPC, I was the identified proxy for a colleague and attended meetings. Since being nominated, I served on the academic review committee for my first year and for the second and third have been learning the ropes of UGPC. I have enjoyed my time on the committee and hope to continue to serve the committee, faculty, students, staff, and administration by being nominated for a second term. Serving on CAPC has also been and continues to be a valuable learning experience, which has helped me convert courses of my own adding W and S designations successfully and going through the proposal process. I would very much appreciate a second term and join my colleagues who have served for many years. Thank you.
