Rules for the Election

    • Only faculty in the Department of Sports Medicine may be nominated for this seat.
    • Each department can have at most three representatives on CAPC.
    • The election is decided by a plurality of those casting votes unless such results violate the previous rule or the number of candidates does not exceed the number of positions to fill. In the later case, each candidate will be voted on by an approve/disapprove ballot.
    • Each ballot submitted counts as a cast vote.
    • Members elected to at-large seats cannot be nominated for department representative seats.

Department: Sports Medicine

I have served as a CAPC representative for the past 6 years, and really enjoyed my time on the committee. The fantastic organization and subcommittees really help the University to achieve a tremendous amount of progress. I would be honored to continue to serve on this committee and represent the Sports Medicine Department as we are going through significant changes. Thank you for your consideration.
