Department: Early and Middle Grades I am in my third year at WCU. Prior to joining WCU, I worked as an instructional designer, guiding faculty and departments in their development of curriculum and course syllabi across all disciplines and modalities. I have earned two degrees related to curriculum (M.A.E. in Curriculum and Instruction and Ed.D. in Curriculum, Technology, and Higher Education) and have participated in the submission of a new minor and a distance education course to CAPC. I have an appreciation for the importance of the work that CAPC does and would be honored to serve on this committee.

Department: Couselor Education I am seeking support for election to the position of CAPC College of Education and Social Work Department Representative for Counselor Education. I am in my 21st year here at WCU, having started as an adjunct faculty member in 1996. I have held several leadership roles over the last 10 years, and I have helped develop and guide a brand new Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Program through the CAPC process. I appreciate the important work CAPC does and would be happy to serve.
