Anne Krulikowski

Department: History

I would like to serve as the History Department representative on CAPC. Syllabi, classes, and programs are the core of what we do here on this campus and I would like to support my colleagues as they develop new courses and programs and refine others. I have been on the Faculty Senate for about 5 years now (also a member of the Research Committee) and have been a member of several departmental committees, chairing one. Doing research on the history of the school and learning something about how majors/programs developed in the past has increased my desire to assist in our current efforts to provide the best education we can to our students.

Brent Ruswick

Department: History

For the last two years as the facilitator of the Council for Professional Education, I represented the Professional Education Unit at CAPC's Undergraduate, Graduate, and Executive committees and General Assembly. Now that my CPE term has concluded, I hope to continue my support of WCU's curriculum by representing my home department of History. I value transparency, collegiality, and promptness in curricular review and have tried to demonstrate those principles in my service-work.
