Seth Kahn

Department: English

I am running for a fourth term as a WCU Delegate to the APSCUF Legislative Assembly. During my first three terms, I've established positive working relationships with delegates across the system, which I expect to continue doing if re-elected. I've also worked with our current statewide Vice President Amy Walters (Slippery Rock), and APSCUF-KU Delegate Kevin Mahoney to re-establish and host a yearly orientation for new delegates.

Most importantly, as APSCUF moves towards contract negotiations, it's crucial that our delegation be willing both to work with delegations across the state and to fight for the needs of our campus. Three terms on the Assembly have helped me understand how to do both of those, and I hope you'll support my continued efforts.

Department: Political Science

I am running for re-election as state delegate. I continue to have a strong interest in serving West Chester and think it especially important to do so as we near the final year of the current contract and the negotiations that will come with it. Having attended all state assemblies over the last three years, I have seen the union evolve in preparation of this next cycle of negotiations and I want to see the process through.
