Charles Hardy III

Department: History

After a year off on sabbatical, I would like to again become active in APSCUF as a state delegate. I believe that the experience and knowledgeI acquired in recent years as an APSCUF officer --some of it from lessons learned the hard way--may be useful to both APSCUF leadership and membership.

Lisa Millhous

Department: Communication Studies

I would be honored to represent the campus in state-level deliberations of our faculty union. I have been an active member at the local level since arriving in Fall 1999. Serving first as a departmental delegate (99-01, 04-05), I have also been a member and now chair of the Social Justice (formerly Gender Issues) Committee (01-present), and also served as chair of the Student-Faculty Liaison Committee (01-04). Recently I was elected chair of the State Gender Issues and Social Justice Committee. Thus, I have been attending the State Legislative Assembly meetings and feel it makes sense to do so as a voting representative of our constintuency.
